Coho Salmon Fillets are skin-on pin-bones removed and are excellent for baking, grilling, pan-fried, smoked, bbq’d and more. The flesh of the Coho is reddish-orange and when cooked it has a medium-firm texture and mild flavour. Be careful not to dry it out with overcooking. Coho tastes amazing poached. You will know the fish is cooked properly when its flesh flakes if a fork is inserted and gently twisted.
