Pink Salmon Fillets are skin-on pin-bones removed and are excellent for baking, grilling, pan-fried, smoked, bbq’d and more. The flesh of the Pink is pink-red and when cooked it has a medium-firm texture and mild flavour. Be careful not to dry it out with overcooking. Pink salmon tastes amazing poached. You will know the fish is cooked properly when its flesh flakes if a fork is inserted and gently twisted.
